1. Authorized Use & Restrictions

All tools, advisories, reports, and services provided by RoyalSnek are strictly for educational and authorized security testing purposes only.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 14 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service.
• Prohibited Scraping: Automated extraction of data ("scraping") or the use of bots to harvest our security intelligence is strictly prohibited.
• AI Training: You may not use RoyalSnek data or report structures to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning models without explicit written consent.
• No Circumvention: Utilizing proxies, multiple accounts, or technical maneuvers to bypass Cloudflare security measures or site limitations is a violation of these Terms.

RoyalSnek maintains exclusive rights to its brand and the presentation of its research:

• Identity: The names RoyalSnek, RoyalSnek Information Group (RSIG), and all associated logos are the property of our organization.
• Formatting: We own the specific proprietary formatting, structure, and document templates used for our reports and advisories.
• Attribution: You may share findings provided you maintain clear attribution to RoyalSnek. You may not replicate our report formatting for external use.

4. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service and any matters not explicitly addressed herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea (South Korea).

• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
• Survival: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

5. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
